I was wondering how much ram costs per gb. I heard it was really pricey (40$ for 1gb?)
 
It really depends on your computer and how much you want.
 
Agreed it depends on how much you want (1,2,3,4,6,8 GB) what kind (DDR,DDR2,DDR3) For A desktop OR Laptop and how how fast you want it (800mhz, 12000mhz, 1333mhz, etc) alot of this is going to be determined by what motherboard you have.
 
depends on the brand.. and on the performance google it... don't forget google is your bestfriend.

there re many different types of ram, built for different comps. etc. so it depends on what u have.
 
I get ram for free so i don't have to pay for any, thanks to my job..hehe

But useally they cost..

- 1gb $48
- 2gb $ 59

it depends on the type of ram you need and the place you buy it from.
