I actually like the look of this forum, there's not that much on it yet (Obviously) you'd need to build it up.
I'd give it a low 7/10 I think you'd be better going with a darker green and maybe adding some graphical updates to the "blaze.co" at the top, a bit like the ForumKorner logo if you know what I'm talking about.
To me it looks nice, but there's not enough to it?

It looks clean. The color scheme is not appealing though. Like Pride said a darker green would be better. You need a motto under the blaze.co at the top also. But overall I would give it a 7/10 also. Also the blaze.co at the top looks kinda cheesy to me. But yeah nice forum you got here might sign up.
The theme is cool but everything else sucks ass. I can 100% guarauntee this will go nowhere.

Needs better logo with perhaps an unique emblem? Would help stand you out from the rest.
Better Newpost/Oldpost/Locked images or remove it altogether and use the plugin that lets you add different images per forum so it don't look as dull.

Further extend the Marijuana section? it is a Marijuana forum isn't it?
Should be sections for like pictures showoff, growing weed, being high stories, selling monetizing methods perhaps? Just shooting out a few ideas

That line was automatically put there when he installed the My Awards plugin.
The theme is just a rip of this forum's theme without any modifications..
