I will say 8/10

I don't see why you have 48 defence. The pking stats are good with turm but the non-combat skills aren't too good. That's without the bank.

I would pay no more than $100 for the account without the cash.

I would give it 8, only because it don't have that high skill levels. But when that is said, I love the 95 prayer I would say around 100$ for the account and around 300-350 for the cash.

The stats aren't the best but the Bank is well, Nice. I'm jealous of the AGS.
I would rate about 7/10 because of the failed non-combat stats, I mean they're not bad but...
I wouldn't pay more than £100 like Chewbaka said. If it was RSGP I'd probably pay less than the accounts got or I earn nothing? :S
