azp- 20 maybe 25
centromere-5 max

thought: to the right buyer anything could go for more. Centromere is only worth 5 IMO because it's kind of long, doesn't look clean, and I have never heard of the word before.

If you hold onto azp for a little while the value will increase. That would probably be your best bet.

Of course appraisals are all opinion based so keep that in mind.
