Well he's 7 levels off having 90 Atk, Str, Def. With your current cash I'd go for mage, always give the account a nice appeal.
Also your 2 runecrafting and 5 dungeon levels off having 70+ on every stat which caught my eye.
Anyone can get 99s in combat skills, takes effort to get everything else up.
