Problem is that I have 61 attack adn if I get 13k more xp, I level. Sucks shit.

Also keep in mind that me and PedoBear have a clan for levels near this pure (67-73). You may want to look into it.

1. Draining is MUCH less effective.
2. Useful to turn on Protect from Melee when picking up loot.
3. VERY useful for questing

All of those three points can be overlooked, as none of them are really vital. If it was up to me I wouldnt've leveled the prayer.

Other than that, I like where it's going! I'm sure it'll make a great pure once you sort out your things and do some necessary quests. Good luck with it.
