This is literally what I was thinking, your abs are average, obviously your tensing, the true test of abs is whether you have them when you're not tensing. Also go after some pecks man, they're not that hard, it just takes a bit of routine.
 
Lol you guys are so special(specially you All Day Win!) and I'm standing in a standard position in many martial arts when you aren't tensing just are ready to tens and i have had to stop training my abs because training to hard builds to many muscles and that makes you slow.

You guys wont understand it unless you have trained muay thai or martial arts that are alike or include really fast movement. I wouldn't have posted this picture if i would be tensing i could just have photoshop it then i would make the lighting better.
 
I do martials arts every fortnight (Not that regular, ftl)
I've got a decent build, I go to the gym, I work out regularly at home, my trainer is a tank and he's quick as.
Try training stamina instead of muscle build, so if you were to do crunches with say 30kgs added just do it with no weight but a lot more times.
Lower the weight of your dung-bells and do more, you gain a different kind of muscle.
