Did you do that in Photoshop? I can never do these spins and stuff on PHotoshop.
Only basic fades, transitions, colour changing etc.

How would you happen to go on about doing the ending of the part where the small circles go around the circle in the middle?

You should turn off your Bluetooth, it wastes battery.
