Rainmeter Help?

I'm trying to install this skin but when I put it in the correct folder, it only shows up on the list of folders inside the Rainmeter folder. Any idea how I can properly install this skin? +4, my internet for the day, and a cookie to who ever helps me successfully install the skin.
