Is it just me or does losing in Halo 3 give you the worst rage ever?

I don't get mad when I lose in any video game except Halo 3.​

I actually slam my controller against my hand.

Sometimes I think of throwing it but know better.

I don't rage at Halo cause I suck at it, I can't blame anyone but myself.
My worst rage was the last mission in COD4 on Veteran, "No Fighting in the War Room." 2 HOURS ON ONE MISSION.
