Well guys yesterday this girl sent me a video of her fingering herself, and i sent it to 1 person. then it escalated from there, the video got to over 200 8th Graders at my school. All of them will be suspended be idk if i will be arrested since i had like 10 other pics, and that video, and i sent it. Please post your opinions on how much trouble im getting into im really scared. Do you think i will get arrested and expelled? and will all the girls that sent me pictures get in trouble to? Farewell for now, i will be only checking out responses.. bye

BTW im 13 so i can get arrested yay :) what will happen since im a kid? and not an adult, i knnow i wouldve gotten arrested if i was like 18 or 19

And I really can't say if there may or may not be some sort of punishment and if there is then it won't be an arrest or expulsion. At the most I could ee you getting a suspension.

This shit is so fucked up, the girl should be the one in the most trouble. I can't see how people try to charge kids or teenagers with titles like "Sex Offenders" or labeled for carrying "Child Pornography". It's pathetic and really is weak to put that onto a teenager. Also, the girl is the dumbass for sending the video, she should know the consequences of what could happen when sending a video. GG Dura, have fun.
 
I mean idk why you'd get in that much trouble, if she sent it to you then you should be able to do what you want, but anyways, why would you ever send that to someone?

well im gettting in trouble for it for possession... and then i sent it because my friend wanted it, now like everyone has seen it. -_-

You're still able to go to juvenile hall.

I'm sorry, but I believe there's a good possibility you'll get expelled for this and go to juvie. Is the girl in the video a student at your school?

Well if she sent it to you why would you get in trouble? And damn, I would never send something like that to someone else, I wouldn't even tell anyone about that.

no she live in another state.. and there is no face, im pissed. Is there any way around this? Can i say i received them and that same day my phone was confiscated from me by my dad and havent had it since? or no

Well is this worse than getting caught with weed? cuz my friend got caught with like 5 grams in his pocket at school and ONLY got expelled and fine.. no juvi at all

I don't know how to explain why, but people barely get punished for weed, it seems.
