This isn't that bad, it seems real techy, the only thing I don't really like is the 3 lines at the top.

If you're going to keep them, erase them off the head, and make it like in the BG, not overlapping her face.

Problem is the hair, since there are openings in between the hair, I don't have the steady hand to do it properly.

Lighting here is pretty good, however I'm not a fan of the background as it's just a solid color. I think you should expand the size of your signatures. Text could use some work, but it looks fine where it's placed.

I would change the background if I was good with stock manipulation or rendering. Originally I didn't have text in this, but then I decided to add some after someone made a sig request. They wanted a dark themed one, this fit it, but they chose someone else'.
