Quick question about spaced gamertags.

Title says it all but my question is how do people get them?
Do they just randomly put a spaced GT ( example ) ' B L U N T '.
Or can you only get V1 names spaced?

MS stopped spaced names in like 2010. Used to be able to get any spaced name, but now, if the tag (Example: Hello) is taken, you can't have H ello or h e l l o
