Okay, So I was console banned about 3 weeks ago and I've been playing Skyrim on that banned console because I had the game downloaded to my banned profile from games on demand. If I buy skyrim on my new Xbox / New profile and transfer my game save onto my new console what do you think the odds are of MS being homos and banning my new Xbox ? So my question is do you think I can be banned for transferring a game save / check point etc in the game from a banned console to my not banned console. ? So I can play where I left off ?

I would guess that they wouldn't ban you, but I'm just guessing. Perhaps you could ask Microsoft, I don't see any possible harm asking them that.

Yeah because I'm level 25 and really do not want to start all over again.

I"m going to buy skryim on a disc instead but I want to use my same save from the game is all.
