I have a gamertag with 0 account purchases. 360 Microsoft points and a missing: 15,900 microsoft points. Would I be able to get tokens for them?

Are you asking if you can trade the account for Koins? If so yes you can if you find someone interested. Also I'm not sure what you mean by "missing gamerscore." Hope this helps and good luck
