When you call xbox support do you call using the information that's on the account at the moment or do you use the information you used originally on the account ? I'm trying to SE some microsoft points back later. Thanks in advance.
NO it is not the original info unless you are dealing with a UA do not listen to these noobs. Employees only see the current information, and they CAN SEE IT, they don't type it in, so don't get bullshitted by them.
