Lol, definitely not enough weed to make any type of mix, as far as I'm concerned.
Weed brownies would take about 4-6 G's, idk about cookies, but you'd probably be better off using some printer paper, dictionary paper, etc., and lighting up a J.

EDIT: Oh, and to answer your original question, no, you don't get high off of just raw weed, I believe. I'm pretty sure it's the smoke and such that gets you high.

If you eat plain hash you will get high. You need HQ hash and about 3 grams worth.

Flower will not do anything if eaten raw.
