Question on Getting Tags

I know this isn't HF, but I if I have a lot of information to a guy's GT but I can't find the email, can I call and get it?
(The GT Isn't from FK/HF, it's some kid who doesn't know what he has)

Actually last night I found the email by guessing it. I'm not 100% sure it's to the account I want, but I do know it is his, and the email is relatively old which means he probably has his OG account on it. I really want this tag, but there was no option to answer the security question, but then when I went to see the questionnaire there was a SQ. Weird. If I fill out the questionnaire I'll probably have to get access to his Netflix so I can see the last 4 digits of his CC. If anyone knows the LEAST amount to put in for a questionnaire that would also be helpful.
