Call of Duty Question about youtube/cod

I dont know if im posting this in the correct section but I recently had youtube take down one of my videos. They took it down because it was a win/fail compilation and there was like a 10 year old who fell and they got butthurt. The problem is that they deleted it and it had almost 400k views. I know youtube was deleting views like last december and I was wondering if they are still doing that.
