Question about upgrading?

I just purchased Onyx and donated, and it has not showed up yet.
How long does it take to receive this?

For me it took longer then the usual two days but, I wasn't in a real rush about it.. About that 4th day of waiting, I contacted @Michael and he fixed it for me.
