Question about PayPal...

So my PayPal was limited a few days ago.

But I verified it today. Will that change anything?


Just wondering if I am going to have yo create a new PayPal account.

Prove proof of your SSN or ID... so take a picture of it and send it to paypal. Then call them and say you've sent it and when they see it they'll unlimit it for you.
