Hello new members of forumkorner I'm @pun and I'll try and help explain everything for you! Being a new member is quite possibly the hardest thing you can do, but there are some things I've seen and done that made it much easier. Read help and rules aswell guys.
Upgrading:
Let's start here you want to sell things but no one wants to buy from you because you have nothing to lose. You have to spend money to earn money man.
Also a lot of members are just complete assholes that will neg fuck you because you have no way to defend yourself, with a upgrade those e - bullies will not be as willing to neg you without an actual reason. I have seen new members come and go so many times because of negs hang in there and contact staff to help clean up your profile. All staff can be found at the bottom of all pages where it says forumteam.
Being less LQ than you actually are:
When first joining a site don't be low quality posting. This will cause older members to be annoyed and neg you. Try to post high quality things at first and make yourself a likeable guy then slowly reveal the actual quality of yourself. If you are completely unsure of what someone is talking about or don't understand forum lingo try pming that user instead of posting on the thread a stupid reply like "dude wut is GLWS?"
Finding a friend:
You need to find a friend as quick as possible! Having someone to back you up is the biggest thing on this site we are all trying to be e-gansters and people will team up and trash you for no reason other than you are new. Find that one person that will be there for you. It will give you a reason to come back to the site.
Joining a group/being active:
You want to be active in the community Always try and join groups to get rid of that no userbar looking profile. This will disguise your new sent from the succubus of the mad Forumkorner member. Constantly posting will show members that you are here to stay and they will have to just deal with you.
Selling things as a new member: (most important)
Don't be that faggot that joins the site and instantly opens a shop. Get to know the community and talk to others. I would wait a week or possibly pm a user the stuff you have to make sure they are not trash and you get made fun of.
Personally I would never try and sell things worth over $100 at first without an upgrade start with things worth $20 or lower and work your way up once you have some vouches. ALWAYS make a vouch page for users to say they have dealt with you.
