Protein shakes :)

So i'm sitting here having my usual protein shake after I went to the gym and I started wondering what everyone else puts in their shakes. 

List your protein shake creations:)  I normally use 2 bananas, mangos, grapes, iso-100 whey, and milk.

1 banana, 2 scoops of peanut butter, 2 scoops of whey, and some milk

1 or 2 frozen bananas, some oats, 2 scoops of chocolate whey, milk and occasionally Ill throw in some peanut butter.

Update: I thought this was a recent thread and didn't check any of the dates ooooooops.


Optimum Serious Mass (1 1/2 scoops)
Optimum Creatine Powder (2 scoops)
Milk (12 oz)
Couple of ice cubes
Banana / Strawberry

And I use c4 preworkout

Occasionally cycle on decacor creatine to bulk up more then I cycle back off when I cut weight

Depends on what you're trying to do to your body. I just take Platinum Hydrowhey after I workout and then Serious Mass gainer at night.
