Who owns that tag. I always see it adding OG tags not sure how he finds out about all the lowkey tags. He even follows my tags that never was in the market and lowkey as fuck.

Whoever it is, I suggest everyone to block it. His the type of broke ass that follows OG tags and hopefully when they swap he noticed. Why else would he not ever use the tag but always adding OG on a daily basis.
