Problem with signing in.

Hello, I have noticed I am only able to login to my account on my mobile, and if I logout, it will do the same thing. Every time I try to sign in, it just refreshes the page, Philly helped me last night and I thought it was fixed, but now the problem is happening again. I may be inactive until I am able to signin on my computer.

On my side: I cleared my cookies, cleared cache, and flushed my DNS, still the problem is happening.
