Problem with paypal

Well, i have a canadian paypal.

Non verified.

Its not limited, but when i try to send money it says 'Were sorry, We cant send your payment right now'

How can i fix this?

ITS BEEN SAYING THIS SINCE FRIDAY.​

I've had this problem before, to actually have the payment sent you must call Paypal and they'll have to do this manually

Happens to me quite often, just call them up.

It's because the other user you're trying to send money to isn't verified.

Yeah calling them would be the best bet. You haven't reached your spending limit have you?

It just an issue with paypal being annoying. Either call them or wait for them to fix it.
