never faced this type of problem. check your cpu i think there will be problem in some wires.

Buying a new GPU would be the only way to fix it, or if your computer has two pci slots, switch the card into the other one and see if that works.

Just try taking out the GPU if you have onboard graphics if it does not work.

Can you look on the inside of your case and tell me if there are any identifiers on your PSU? I need to know what brand, and wattage it is so I can recommend some things.
