Problem with adding Payment Options?

Ok so recently i have been trying to add payment options on some of my accounts, to do the free 1 month Method, but its not letting me add them any idea why?, Please help if you know how to fix this thanks.​

same problem cant add my paypal.. i called cutomer support they told me to make sure my paypal info is the exact same as the billing info on the xbox hope this helps you...
