Printer Cannon Pixma ip2770 (Failed to resset)

hey guys,

I need some help, i was trying to resset pixma ip2770 but no go i use service tool_v1074 it say not responding and during service mode the printer failed to install connon device but when in normal mode it will install successfully i tried several steps but no go. any ideas?

How long have you had the printer?
What is the actuall issue with the printer? Got any lights flashing etc?

Thanks for the reply yeah i got lights flashing power button to resume/stop button vice versa so i ran service tool for resetting the printer but the problem is during service mode of the printer the printer device failed to establish the driver installed
