Sounds good enough to me, but keep in mind i'm going to get 85 dung on it soon once my pure is done.

I'm also bad at rating accounts without 99's but I would say $15-$25

It's not that the combat isn't too good, it's that it's an account that doesn't have any 99s. It's an average account. No skills below 30, I would say $40-60 with no bank and less than 50 quest points.
