You know....when you're not physically high on marijuana, but you always have that "body high" or euphoria randomly throughout the day. I live everyday feeling like I'm high, not stoned, but just high.

I laugh at the stupidest things, and I act silly as fuck randomly just for my own entertainment. I also feel like I am becoming dumber and dumber.

I haven't smoked in a few days.
 
I feel like this everyday and I haven't smoked in weeks. I'm pretty sure perma high doesn't exist it's just in our heads.
 
I think it may just be a placebo effect or maybe since being high is better than regular life, you sub consciously try to mimic that feeling when you're not actually high. I think I've caught myself feeling like that before and I only smoke occasionally.
 
I am the same, but I'm just stupid from drugs.
 
This is kinda weird. I occasionally feel like this, but not permanently.
 
I am right with you. Sometimes during school mornings when I'm really tired, I'll feel like I'm high for some reason, even though I'm sober. The exact same thing happens to my friend that I smoke with.

I'm not complaining though. I enjoy it for the most part.

I'm not complaining either haha, it's just rather amusing when my buddy always asks if I'm high just because I act weird and I haven't smoked prior for days.
 
I know this feeling man. It took me a while to build up a tolerance for this shit not to happen. It just takes time bro.

You can only get a permahigh off acid, but I do know what your saying. This happens to me when I smoke a lot for a couple days in a row, the next few days of sobriety I feel slow and clumsy. You will start to feel normal soon, trust me bro.

You can get a perma high off Marijuana too man.

How so? I'm sure if you get a permahigh off it it's not just straight marijuana, though I could be wrong. An in the case I am wrong I'm pretty sure you'd have to smoke pounds of it for you to catch one.
