Powerful Stresser

I need a powerful stresser, that can hit websites offline. Please let me know any good one, it would also help if they are cheap as i don't plan to use it after like a couple times.

Most websites that are widely used have ddos protection with that being said you are better off investing in some other methods of ddosing instead of a stresser. This forum doesn't allow blackhat activity so you shouldn't be asking these kinda questions.
