I may do that, considering you are right.
Philly do exactly what you just said but I think you should still have another group above power that has very high requirements (That is not just things like post count and rep since anyone can boost those up).
Seems like an awesome idea to be honest. A few things though, in my opinion, as has been previously stated, it shouldn't be called power +, it should be something different, completely on it's own. As well, will this group ever max out in members? What I mean is, as FK grows older, the older members will have an increasing chance of joining this group. Then as more and more members join, the concept is ruined, can this be prevented? Last point, the 1,000 HQ post thing is a pretty high target, but what defines high quality? If high quality is a post that's over two lines than many members could have it. However, many members who make HQ posts don't have a high amount of posts due to high quality posts not being able to be written quickly or often. Those with high enough post counts may have 1,00 posts they do deem HQ, but what if others don't? How will that "high qualityness" be determined?

It just looks that way, The PM limit is pointless because I haven't once needed to delete my PM's and I'm only Onyx, The rep is the only good thing but that really doesn't matter on this site because this site is ran by vouch count instead of reputation count.
Just some of my feelings toward's this. Hoping fullying I don't get ran down for them.

This is a great idea, the requirements are fair, but strict. I like that, this way not EVERYONE can get into the group without helping the site out much more than the other subscription groups. You said it would be hard to get into, and honestly I don't see a downside to this, members will obviously buy this.
The ability to change your user name color alone will make people want it, I know I would if I met all the requirements. I just don't got that much money to through away just like that, but some donations here and there, it all adds up. So I say add it and see what happens, there isn't a downside to this.
I think he is just trying to make one last upgrade that is a harder one to get, as the requirements stated show that. 4 is a better number anyways, and there is no downside to this. So I think it would be great for the site. If he gets more money, he can likely be able to do more with it and give him a little something for himself for what he does on the site, for the members.
