How are people getting into Power with even meeting all the requirements? For example you have to be a member for two full months, no one in Power except Dean and Reaper has been here for two months.

I highly doubt either of them did that, and if they did we would have seen the video by now.

It is understandable he may of needed the money but its kinda silly he made this group with quite HQ requirements to then say fuck the requirements....

Philly can choose who he likes. I do agree that the people don't meet his stated requirements, but who cares, he can do what he likes.

its nothing bad about you or anyone else in the group. but Dean is the only who has met the requirements
