I think Power+ members should have the ability to move there own threads. It shouldn't be too hard to implement. Just edit Power+'s permissions.

By default in MyBB, moving threads isn't available with ModCP Access, so normal users would need some special plugin for it. Same was implemented for Junking ability.

I could see this being a useful feature, however, since Power+ members are supposed to be the most high quality members on the site and also to avoid less reports for staff, I think that a more hefty warning should also be given to Power+ members that move their threads into the wrong section if this were to be implemented.

I'm suggesting this because I believe Power+ members should have more abilities. All we really get is some more rep and a few other things.
