COD4 & WAW , Everything can be done online , as for MW2 i can host XP Lobbies & Speed Infections , Can also infect u with the gametype " Global Thermonuclear War " .
If you want all unlocks , Titles , Emblems , Pro Perks , Camos , Challenges 11th Prestige , & coloured classed it will have to be done Via Recovery.

i have a all client zombies mod menu that you can use tounlock all achievments , go on ttg and you all the lobbies you will find will be infections only but please tell me because im sure u know everything .

WaW & CoD4 lobbies are free and easy to get in.
MW2 challenge lobbies and xp lobbies are free but are hard to get into. That is why people charge.
This is some good pricing for the MW2.
