So I've come to the conclusion that I may possibly have diabetes.
I decided to look up the symptoms for it, and I fit nearly almost all of them (for type 1).
Symptoms:
I've gone to the bathroom to urinate at least 5 times today, and that's been a regular thing lately.
I'm always wanting more water.
These past few days, I've been constantly eating but I'm still hungry. Although, just last week, I would barely eat at all for days. Seems strange to me.
I haven't exactly felt fatigue, but that may come soon, who knows.
Blurry vision, I don't really know how to tell that one, but I think my vision's pretty alright.
For cuts and bruises, I usually don't get cut or bruised a lot, but now when I get acne it takes longer for the spots to fade away from my face.
The major one here is weight loss.
About 2 weeks ago, I weighed approximately 165 lbs.
About less than a week ago, I weighed 155 lbs.
Just last night I weighed myself at my friends house, and I weighed 145 lbs.
I haven't worked out in over a month, I go out to places every now and then but all the walking I've been doing definitely does not equal 20 lbs of weight loss.
My eating habits probably have something to do with this, but then again, that would be another symptom.
I'm a little scared at this very moment because I'm not really sure how to go about this, but if I go to get checked up and I end up knowing that I have it, I won't be surprised.
My dad, grandpa, and best friend all have diabetes. But my dad and grandpa aren't related to me by blood, and my grandpa with diabetes is from my mom's side of the family.
What I'm asking here is, if anyone of you guys have diabetes or know someone with it, let me know if this sounds about right to you. Or maybe I'm overreacting and it's nothing at all (highly doubt it).
