I have a possible 1bill recovery, got the email linked to his account so as soon as I get the email I have an instant recovery.

He is from the UK, I have his phone number but I only want to try phoning his house as a last resort. Anyone experienced with accessing email accounts?

Well how old he is now and say about when he was 18 and what year that was and what common car was back then. In the end you will just have to guess.

If you sound professional call him over skype, and ask him car questions. :)
Ask him to take a survey.. automatic win?

have you tried, bmw, audi, lambourgini, ferrari, chrystler, every fucking brand ? :p

Just call him saying you are having a survey where you are wondering what his first car was.

I was going to phone his house claiming I was from the dvla and we had had a security breach which caused a loss in some information but I really only wanted to do that as a last resort :/

EDIT: also I tried most common first cars in the UK, I also looked up his house on google maps and tried every car that was on the street.

Example of phone call you should have:
Hi, this is Brady from the (Enter his country here) Car Association.
We are doing a quick survey of all car owners.
Would you mind answering a few questions?
Hopefully he says sure.
What was the first car you owned?
He says his car
Thank you for participating.
Hang up

I'll probably get on skype some time this week or next week, I'll maybe make a thread
when I'm going to do it and invite people in to listen if they want :p

Good luck with your recovery, personally I would ring him up as soon as possible.

Ring him up and say this:

Hi this is the Land Transport Authority of *insert country here*.
There have been serial car hijackings going around *insert country here*.
May we ask you what type of a car do you own?
Blah Blah Blah, Thank you for your time, avoid keeping valuables in the car when car is not in use.
Thank you"

Would do this, but because I'm a paranoid person I'd be pretty suspicious if someone called me and asked me to take a survey that consisted of only one question. So, I'd add a couple more questions and put the main question in the middle so he'd least expect it!

It makes no difference. If he answers the first question which is what @OP needs he has no reason to move on.

I Work in Telephone Surveys in the Uk. If you want, Give me his number and Ill ring him on the Company Phone number and Slip in a Couple of Questions about Cars at work tomorrow. Let me know if you want me to.

If you can get a full dox you can revert his email.

Juist phone his house, ask for his mum, and act like you're doing a survey, what was your first car?

Call saying something like this:
"Hello sir, my name is *random name*, and I'm from the Insurance Department of UK. I'm calling you because there seems to be a problem with the payments of your car, and we need some confirmation. Sir, is you car a *random car model*?"

Now after he replies continue with something like this:
"Is that the only car you have had?"

If he replies "yes", then say "thanks for your time and we will call again if there are still problems" and then hang up. If he replies "no" say something like:
"Could you please give us the model of any previous cars you had?"
Continue with things like that.

And remember to talk like a sir.

Nice. Good luck to you. Have you gotten it yet?
