They are worth something, but not on this site. 
If you go to Sythe.org they sell accounts on there and you can sells yours there as well.

Whoever I sold one of my kiks too whenever I posted a thread on there scammed him under my name, but we are currently resolving that issue as we speak.

Say if you pick a random number and no one has it? Going to keep picking until its a number someone claimed?

That's why I'm giving it two days, so hopefully all the spots are filled.
