If I wake up and more people want a points system than there is than people that don't want it Ill add it first thing. Please vote in the poll.

You will be able to buy the below things with points,
Upgrades
Username changes
Sticky threads
User titles
Probably more?
 
I don't like seeing this on other forums to be honest. No would be my answer here.
 
I think that would be good, but you always wanted to be unique Philly and a point system is not unique.
 
But at the same time this could help the members that do not have the money for upgrades to use points to get them. Same with xbl codes / Semi's etc...
Philly could make a Points market just for this stuff and have a transfer rate like 1500 points = $1.00 and sell points as well....
I think it is a great opportunity for members that do not have money, and that alone will boost the activity on here.

I think it's a great idea, I just don't want to see it when someone posts.
It makes it look cluttered/unorganized, but if you take out that I will be 100% for it.
 
If you add this and say you make a post worth 1 point, so a person like me with 200 post will have 200 points when this has been added or everyone will start fresh at 0 points?
 
Well it would be a fitting addition depending on how it looks, it should be on your profile and not next to your posts. It just looks bad in other places like that imo.

Actually, we will set a limit for least number of characters required to earn credits from a post.

i don't thin you understand what the point system would be. You would get points for posting, and stuff. So you can buy upgrades and stuff with the points.

I dont like the fact that you are going to have to buy username changes. Unless it is just for normal members?

But i think this would be a pretty cool idea. It would honestly probably get more activity on the site too.

I personally think you should perfect it before you add it though.
 

If you are upgraded than you wouldn't have to buy the changes with points, those things would just be for non upgraded members.

Also if you could make it so you earn points for reports, referrals etc. That'd be nice.
