Point System - opinions?

I hope this was just added because I have not noticed it yet.
Just want to know what everyone thinks about it, and in my opinion I think it will get abused and members might have a tendency to spam more but thats just me.

Do not go out and start making suggestions, just let Philly and whoever else is working on to finish it.

No I just said that because I am sure people are going to read this than making suggestion threads when they notice it was added, and i haven't got to update it to FK's liking's.
