I was on youtube and accidentally clicked on add, this took me to cursormania, I DIDNT DOWNLOAD IT. am i safe or would the website have gave me anything, also for me to have this add appearing on youtube, is that normal?
Please help me:(
 
If you didn't download anything nothing is going to happen. Install ad blocker if you like.

I just looked up the safety of CursorMania on Google, it appears to have issues for some people but for others it actually works.
I'd quickly run your Anti-Virus just to be on the safe side though. (That's what users with issues recommended)

Strange that a site that has possible malicious software on it is popping up on YouTube ads, surely they should be safe ads, am I right?

thanks for your help, some issues as in just going on the website for a matter of secounds?

Hm, I think the people were on about the software that can be downloaded within the website. 
I honestly don't think visiting the site for a few seconds will affect your Computer, but like I said just run your Anti-Virus to keep on the safe side.
Something similar has happened to me in the past.
