My name in real life is Brenden.
My gamertag was Brenden.
idk how the fuck it was available, but it was. (didn't buy it/trade for it/etc)
then I changed my name, and RIGHT after I did I wen't to put it on a silver and someone took it. I just found out who it was, it was my old friend over xbox that hates me for some reason and won't give it back.. Is there ANY way someone can hack it for me? or does anyone have any idea to get it back? he doesn't even use it -__- I know i'm stupid for changing it, you don't have to say anything, lol. Thanks everyone.

Nope, if he doesn't use it, there's probably no billing on it, no way anyone can jack it and no way Microsoft can verify it was yours.

I think (This is a personal opinion) that you just made that whole story up, so someone could jack you that tag for free.
The answer is: Jacking takes too long and nobody will do it for free.
