Can I customize stuff from a prebuilt desktop?

I know people are like why buy one when you can build one, well I find building one is just useless for me, so that's why I am asking this question.

This is the PC I am buying

It is indeed possible, but make sure all other equipment in your pc works good with the stuff you wanna buy.
For example:
I got a 450W PSU, which doesn't work good together with my GFX card.

Yes, that is possible. It all depends on your motherboard. If you can find parts that fit on your motherboard you can use them.

For example. if you want a new GPU, it must fit in your PCI/PCI-E port on your motherboard.

When building a PC you have to know what you are doing first. I didn't build my first PC till, I read up on everything on how to build what are compatible hardware with the motherboard and what not.
