Xori(I think that's his name) and Mephobia both have pin loggers.
Xori's is free on HF but doesn't always work, Mephobias you have to buy.
And Blackshades has a RS pin logger.

The latest version of blackshades has a pin logger built in.

I've tested it quite a bit and it works most of the time. There's a few issues with it that I won't go into unless you want exact details.

It's simple enough to SE them in game to show you their items anyway. Also here's a trick I learned to take their cash if it's in the pouch and you can't get the pin:

Find them in game, offer to sell them an item at a stupidly low price so for example if they have 800m cash offer them a white party hat for 800m. As soon as they accept the trade shut down their computer via the rat, log into their account, and now you have their cash + your party hat + anything else they have on them.
