So 2 days ago, i put my contact lenses without leaving them in the solution for 7 hours (people that use contact lenses should know), anyways i put it in my eye, and it was BURNING, legit burning! as if i poured acid in my eyes, fast forward a day, i wake up with a very red eye! i was so scared, 2 days later (now), i see imporvements, its white now! with some parts red! should i visit a doctor? or not? because i called the clinic and they told me, if the eye redness is fading away thats a good sign so i guess she didn't say to come down.

Leave your contacts out for like 2 days use some eye solution and make sure to clean the contact lenses fluid every night when they soak for 7 - 8 hours.

You don't need to see a doctor just yet.

It doesn't sound like anything to worry about. However, I'm no professional. If you're nervous, I would recommend seeing a doctor. Also, if I were you, I'd switch to daily lenses. I made the switch about two years ago, and it's been so much easier.

I'm a bit confused which what kind of contacts you have, like everyday new pair or you wear a pair for like a week.

I use contacts you dispose everyday. There has been times where I apply my contacts where I feel like someone's squeezing a lemon in my eye and it feels terrible. So it's normal to experience this kind of pain every once and a while.

i use the monthly ones, yeah man it has happened to me before! but this time my right eye got really red for like 2 days! so i was tripping balls.

Okay its been the second day now, since i have my contact lenses out! im wearing glasses now, is that normal? like my eye got really red for the past 2 days, today i wake up with a bit of red, but i defiantly see improvements.
