I hacked Pelican files. Dodge thinks he can stay out of Pelican but that's what he said then he did the first phisher, RSP. Then he made Iphish pro.. Said he'd quit and then came out with Pelican. Sooner or later he'll come out with another phisher and say he's back to steal more money from his customers.

Never did anything to me but I find his whole story of how he made 100k+ and quit a load of bullshit.
Let's be real, hes 17. If he made 100k+ a year and he worked for 10years, making him 27 he would be a millionaire depending if RSGP prices increased or decreased. I'd give him 15years before he went to jail for privacy bylaws.
