Fuck, when Carbon scammed me a month ago, I went to a negative paypal balance of $308. All they did was e-mail me for the money, now they got a collection agency to call my house looking for the money now my mom is getting all mad and shit. Will the collection agency actually come collect or can I just ignore them?
 
Carbon scammed you the money, explain the situation. Ring Paypal.
 
I got charged back 48 dollars one time. I just deleted my paypal but they got a debt collection to send me letters in the mail. They haven't done nothing yet its been almost a year.

Yet again its only 48 dollars I think they would lose money trying to sue me or something.

I was thinkin about it but I heard once that I can't be helped and will just end up having to pay them the money and I don't wana.

And @ ADW I can't delete my account when it's in negative balance :S
 
Thats why I deleted it before I got charged back.

But again my charge back was only 48 dollars not 300 dollars thats a lot of money.

Dude that fucking sucks man. i hope this gets worked out. I would have called paypal the minute I got scammed. You should do the same right now.
 
@[All Day Win], you can get "No Win, No Fees" for these sort of events so they probably won't lose money.

Just ring them and explain the whole situation, everything, no lies.

Meh its been almost a year I rather just leave it alone and if they come looking ill just give them 50 dollars lmao.
 
I know this is kinda different but I've been fined £350 for downloading an album about 4 years ago, still haven't paid.

They kept sending me letters in the mail when i got chargebacks.

From being negative $250, i got it back to positive and the day i paid it back they gave me permantant limitation with no chance of appeal cos they think i was doing fraud stuff and all i was doing was selling rsgp.

Nope, got nothing back in return apart from having to talk to PayPal for like 5 hours.
 
@OP I'm pretty sure if you don't get it figured out with paypal those collection agency's can mess up you or your moms credit
 
Carbon was a real dick in my opinion. Scamming someone that much. No words defines his behavior.
