Anyone know how to pull back through Paypal more quickly? I just got scammed by the Kik : Emit & I want to get my money back.

There is no faster way, just takes time, I rather get my money back then risk not getting it back at all.

Just make some bullshit up about them shipping you something that way they'll have to provide a shipping number, in the end most of the time they'll just refund you because they won't win.
