i have 2 limited paypals, one is perm limited , the other i havent appealed yet , is there anyway to get funds off a perm limited one ? and the one un appealed can anyone help me win it if i put fake info?

I'm pretty sure you can say that your child set up a fake account and have the funds transferred or something along those lines.

EDIT: Aslong as you're in the same country as the paypal was made in.
